The following terms and conditions govern our relationship and your access and use of our website.
Returns & Exchange
At Resham Creation, our customers are our top priority! Our Customer Service team is here to assist you. If you need to exchange or refund a purchased item, please contact an agent who will guide you through the process outlined below.
Domestic Orders:
- Validity: All products purchased from www.reshamcreation.com can be exchanged or refunded if received in a damaged condition, wrong size, or incorrect article within 10 days of the delivery date. We offer a no-questions-asked policy!
- Conditions for Exchange or Refund: Items are eligible for exchange or refund only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact, and the original packing is intact. Any additional fabric or embellishments used during photoshoots will not be included with the product unless specified on the website. Claims for exchange or refund will not be accepted under these conditions.
- Process for Online Exchange or Refund: Notify us of your intention to exchange or refund within 10 days of delivery. Share your tracking details along with your order number with our Customer Service team by calling or via WhatsApp at 03402044707
- Refund Policy: Refunds are issued as a “coupon” rather than cash. If your item meets the required criteria, our Customer Service agent will provide a coupon for one-time use only. This coupon can be used for exchanges where the original purchase value differs from the exchanged amount.
- Credit Card Transactions Refund Policy: If you paid by credit card and the order qualifies for a refund, the amount will be returned to the same credit card used for the purchase.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before processing. Resham Creation reserves the right to cancel orders if an item is out of stock, found defective during quality control, or if the credit/debit card payment is declined.
International Orders:
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact our Customer Service team by calling our helpline at +92-21-111-11-RESH (7374) or via WhatsApp at 03402044707, or email us at sales@reshamcreation.com. Provide the following for further evaluation:
- Order Number
- Images of the delivered item showing the issue
Resham Creation reserves the right to refuse compensation or refund if this information is not provided.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be edited or canceled. If you refuse to accept the order upon delivery, Resham Creation is not liable for a refund or compensation. If the parcel is held by customs in the shipping country, you must provide all necessary documentation. Resham Creation is not responsible for refunds if the parcel is not cleared by customs.
Refunds: If an international order is canceled before dispatch, it may qualify for a refund to the credit card used for the order.
Accuracy Of Content
We have carefully prepared the content on this website, including ensuring that prices are accurate at the time of publication and that all products are described fairly. However, we can only accept orders if there are no significant errors in the product descriptions or prices as advertised. Please note that packaging may differ from what is shown on the website. The weights, dimensions, and capacities provided are approximate. We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our products. However, due to variations in monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will perfectly match the actual colors of the product upon delivery.
Order Acceptance
The acceptance of your order begins with the delivery of an e-mail and subsequent phone call for confirmation of your order contents and relevant details
Acknowledgement and acceptance of order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as earliest as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
Delays
We shall try our level best to make deliveries in the most reasonable time possible. But order deliveries may be delayed in case of certain unexpected situations; we do not assume any responsibility for delayed deliveries.
Order Placement
International customers can make payments through bank transfers. Once you place an order, it will be held for 36 hours after you receive a confirmation email or call from us regarding the order and payment details. If you plan to make the payment after the 36-hour period, please check with us to confirm if the items you ordered are still in stock. We cannot guarantee the availability of the products if payment is made after this timeframe. While we will make every effort to process your initial order, if any of the items are out of stock, you will be given the option to select an alternative product, design, or color within the same price range. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to out-of-stock products. If we do not receive confirmation from you, your order may be canceled without further notice. International orders are processed only after payment is received.
For customers within Pakistan, online orders up to PKR 60,000 can be placed with Cash on Delivery. Orders exceeding PKR 60,000 will require advance payment. For stitching orders, a 100% advance payment is required.

Governing Laws
Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Karachi (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
